To purchase from us you must be over the age of 18.
We will only dispatch goods within the
We aim to despatch all goods within 2-4 working days normally via royal mail unless you are contacted because items are out of stock. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods at the prices and terms stated and are allowing us to use your details for the supply of goods including passing your details onto our carriers and any 3rd party sub contractors (where applicable). Your details will not be passed onto any third party marketing companies.
You do not own the goods until payment has been received in full. You must ensure all address details, post code, emailing address and credit card details are correct, prior to submitting your order.
Please note that whilst we operate a standard postal rate as advertised, this may be subject to change due to postal rate increases.
If we discover any errors in the pricing of your goods you will be informed as soon as possible using the details you have provided to us. You will have the option to reconfirm or cancel your order. In the event that we cannot contact you within 7 days your order will be cancelled and a refund issued.
Out of stocks may occur and you will be notified accordingly.

2. Returns Policy
Only faulty goods may be returned. These must be returned within 28 days of receipt of goods.
An HP2 Returns Slip must be completed to facilitate the return of goods.
A full refund of goods will be issued less the postage costs incurred in our initial carriage. All costs incurred in the return of goods is the responsibility of the purchaser. It is recommended return goods are sent back using a tracking service as we will not be held responsible for lost goods. You must obtain a Returns Authorisation Code from us as goods will not be accepted without authorisation. Please scroll down to view our email contact details. You must complete an HP2 Returns Slip and provide the Returns Authorisation Code you have obtained from us on the HP2 Returns Slip. In addition, the original Dispatch Reference Number (which you will find on your Dispatch HP1 Form that was sent with your goods) must be entered onto the HP2 Returns Slip. You must enter the fault description as failure to do so will result in your claim being invalid and returned goods will not be accepted. Warranty will be void if returned in unsuitable packaging.

Your claim will be invalid if you do not return your HP2 Returns Slip within 28 days receipt of the goods (as per the dispatch date on the HP1 Form).
3. Credit/Debit Card Security

We will not be held responsible for any losses incurred from the use of our website or your inability to use the website correctly, or alteration to your transmission which is beyond our control.

We make no promise that our website will not be uninterrupted or entirely error free. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our internet services for any reason beyond our control. We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access at any time if we consider it necessary.

a. As required by law and requested by a court.
b. If required by our merchant bank, card processor, to verify credit and debit card authenticity.
c. If required by a courier in order to contact you regarding your delivery.
